Set up a Sales and Distribution network in the EMEA and APAC region
FWA was asked by a Californian start-up in the video conferencing sector to build their sales and distribution network in the EMEA and APAC regions. In 2 years FWA was successful in creating a distribution and partner network in all major markets.
Global Rollout of Video Conferencing rooms
For one of the biggest manufacturers of telecommunication equipment, we rolled out over 1,000 rooms with video conferencing solutions based on Microsoft Teams. This roll-out was executed against time and budget within 18 months, in more than 40 countries. Our activities included:
